We must end the War in Iraq in a responsible manner. I have joined with congressional challengers from across the country and military leaders to put forth a plan to do just that. When I am in Congress, I will take a leadership role in bringing this war to an end and restoring our constitutional checks and balances so that we are never again brought to war under false pretenses and without a plan to win the war -- and the peace.
